When you visit our website, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we don't collect
- The HR Health Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or saved.
- You don't need to give us any personal information to download our free resources.
Why we use your information
- To send you The Work, Reimagined Note, our monthly newsletter, if you've subscribed and confirmed your subscription.
- To reply to your questions and arrange discovery calls.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Consent and unsubscribing
We only send the newsletter to people who sign up and confirm their subscription by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing won't affect replies to questions you've sent us.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website and send emails:
- Our web host, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which serves this website.
- Google Fonts, which provides the fonts used on this website.
- Our email provider, if you email us.
These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We share only what they need to provide their services.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.
- Emails and enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records.
How we protect it
We use the security measures provided by our service providers, limit access to your information, and keep only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that's inaccurate;
- delete your information, or withdraw your consent to receive emails.
